River Walk added a March for Science to its annual Earth Day volunteer workday this year and over 200 families, community members and visitors came from near and far came to make signs, talk about how important science is to them, and march in its defense. Science has always informed our work at river walk, from water filtration, to habitat restoration, and to the growing of native plants.
