This is a gentle class for all levels. Please bring a yoga mat and a towel. The instructor Senta Reis is Kripalu trained and certified. “I truly believe it can offer people some real emotional support as well as improving physical health.” 

Spring Yoga in May and June - Saturday mornings, 8:30-10:00am
