Please prepare by dressing warmly for winter conditions. Boots are required. Flashlights and Micro spikes are suggested.
The three route options are:
Lakeside Walk
A short, out-and-back walk along the road and walking path beside the lake, heading to the boat launch and returning to the beach.Frozen Lake Loop
A walk around the outskirts of the frozen lake, dependent on wind and weather conditions. Wide-open views of the moon!Woods / Mansfield Trail Walk
A hike through the woods along the Mansfield trail system. This is the longest and most challenging option. It will bring walkers to a higher vantage point with a great view of the moon!
