In a multi-sensory morning, Red Fox, also known as Julie Kunz, shared her understandings of the nature through objects, story, movement and games.
The Lake Mansfeild Explorers were captivated! We worked together to identify animal and plant materials. We learned to listen and move with fox feet.
We listened to stories and played games they inspired, challenging ourselves to close our eyes to strengthen our awareness of other senses. Then into the Lake Mansfield Woods we went to a special spot.

To try on stealth to steal sticks,
to pair up and echo - locate our partner by tuning out distraction and tuning into our chosen sound.
What a surprise it was to learn to slip carefully, again without sight, through the forest, feeling with our feet.
What an interesting moment to discover another way of sensing the proximatey of another.
